Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Wave and Wix Payments. Easy Moving & Logistics does not store or retain credit card information.

Easy Moving & Logistics LLC
1. Scope of Services
Easy Moving & Logistics provides residential and commercial moving services, including:
• Local moves
• Long-distance moves (upon availability)
• Moving labor (loading/unloading)
• Interior moves
• Packing & unpacking services
• Junk removal
• Furniture assembly
• TV mounting
Services may include truck rental when specified in writing. Labor-only services do not include transportation unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Minimum Service Time
A 2-hour minimum applies to all hourly services unless otherwise specified in writing.
For long-distance services, daily rates apply as stated in the estimate.
3. Estimates & Final Charges
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and are considered estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final charges may vary depending on:
• Actual time required
• Access conditions (stairs, long carries, elevators, parking distance)
• Additional items not previously disclosed
• Additional services requested on-site
Customers will be informed of any adjustments before additional charges are applied whenever possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
• Provide safe and clear access to the property
• Secure legal and accessible parking for the moving truck
• Ensure elevators (if applicable) are operational
• Properly disconnect appliances unless appliance service is requested
Any delays caused by restricted access, parking limitations, building regulations, or customer-related circumstances may result in additional hourly charges.
5. Packing & Fragile Items
Easy Moving & Logistics is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Items packed by the customer
• Improperly packed boxes
• Fragile or high-value items unless packed by our team
We strongly recommend professional packing services for fragile, valuable, or specialty items.
6. Labor-Only Services
For labor-only services using customer-rented trucks, trailers, or containers (including but not limited to U-Haul, Penske, PODS, etc.):
Easy Moving & Logistics is not responsible for:
• Damages occurring during transportation
• Mechanical or equipment-related issues
• Improper load shifting during transit
• Issues resulting from customer-directed loading decisions
Our responsibility is limited strictly to loading and unloading services performed by our team.
7. Long-Distance & Travel Expenses
For moves exceeding 50 miles, additional travel-related expenses may apply, including:
• Truck rental
• Fuel
• Tolls
• Lodging (if overnight stay is required)
• Crew per diem (if applicable)
All applicable travel expenses will be disclosed and agreed upon in writing prior to booking.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept:
• Credit & Debit Cards
• Online Payments (Wave, Wix secure checkout)
• Electronic invoices
• Cash
• Checks (subject to prior approval)
Checks must be approved before the service date. Returned checks are subject to applicable bank fees and additional service charges.
Online payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Easy Moving & Logistics does not store credit card information.
Failure to remit payment upon completion may result in additional collection costs.
9. Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit is required to reserve a service date.
• Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled move date.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may qualify for rescheduling based on availability.
• Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
10. Claims & Reporting
Any claim for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Claims must be submitted in writing via email and include:
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs
• Relevant service details
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Customers are encouraged to inspect all items and areas before the crew leaves the job site.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for labor services unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Easy Moving & Logistics is not responsible for:
• Weather-related delays
• Traffic delays
• Building restrictions
• Third-party rental equipment failures
• Acts beyond our reasonable control
12. Satisfaction Confirmation
By submitting payment and allowing the crew to leave the job site, the customer confirms that services were completed and inspected to their satisfaction.
TV MOUNTING LIABILITY CLAUSE
TV Mounting Disclaimer
The client acknowledges and agrees that:
• Wall type (drywall, concrete, brick, metal studs, etc.) must be disclosed prior to installation.
• Easy Moving & Logistics is not responsible for hidden electrical wiring, plumbing, structural issues, or pre-existing wall weaknesses.
• The client is responsible for providing the appropriate mounting bracket unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Minor cosmetic wall damage (such as small holes, patching, or paint touch-ups) may occur during installation.
Liability is limited strictly to installation labor performed by our team.
JUNK REMOVAL CLAUSE
Junk Removal Terms
• All items to be removed must be clearly identified and approved by the client prior to removal.
• Once items are removed from the property, they cannot be retrieved or returned.
• Hazardous materials (including chemicals, paint, propane tanks, biohazard waste, or regulated materials) will not be accepted.
• Disposal or dump fees may apply depending on volume, weight, and type of items removed.
The client confirms that all items designated for removal are authorized for disposal.
