Terms of Use
Scope of Service
Easy Moving & Logistics provides moving labor, packing, unpacking, wrapping, and cleaning services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are labor-only and do not include a moving truck.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide safe access to the property, clear pathways, functional elevators, and legal parking. Any delays caused by access issues may result in additional charges.
Damage & Liability
Easy Moving & Logistics is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Items packed by the customer

Fragile or high-value items unless packed by our team
Liability is limited to the cost of labor unless otherwise required by law.
Claims
All damage or loss claims must be reported before the crew leaves the job site. Claims submitted after job completion will not be accepted.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed based on the specific service provided.
Cancellations & Delays
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Easy Moving & Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or building management restrictions.
Satisfaction Confirmation
By allowing the crew to leave the job site, the customer confirms satisfaction with the services provided.
